DESCRIPTION
Inspired to the greatness of Mr. Ettore Bugatti, this is a important wine with typical aromas of ripe fruit, cherry and plum. Intense ruby red colour with garnet nuances and spicy aromas. Dry taste, generous and silky body.
WINE & FOOD COMBINATION
A perfect companion for roasts, red meat, game, ripe cold cuts and ripe cheeses. Excellent partner to grilled meats. Great as meditation wine or as final of dinner. To be uncorked at least two hours before serving.

Vineyard
The form of cultivation is Guyot in vineyards with a good exposure to the sun.
The number of vines per hectare is from 3500 to 4000.
Vinification
Rosè vinification, with separated variety and short maceration for 24 – 36 hours at 8 – 10 °C. First fermentation occurs inside steel vats at controlled temperature, where selected yeasts are added.
The wine becomes bubbly inside low-temperature pressure tanks.
Traits
Bubles: Rightly evanescent, with a fine and persistent perlage.
Colour: Shade rose reminding the colour of peach blossom and rosa.
Aroma: Intense, fruity complex and reminding the scent of flowers and small fruit of ripe passion fruit.
Flavour: It has a pleasantly acidity, fresh flavour. Full-bodied, it has a pleasant and harmonious taste.
Food Pairing
Excellent as aperitif and served with fried vegetables, sea food salad and fish courses in general.
