Tasting Notes: Intense ruby red, characteristic intense fresh and fruity perfume, dry, warm, tannic and harmonious.
Vineyard Notes: Cordella is located in the hills of Montalcino. The estate is run by Maddalena Cordella and everything is done by hand and is strictly organic without the use of chemicals. She focuses on the production of Brunello and Rosso di Montalcino only. Her wines have more depth and power than other Brunellos due to the thick soil in which they grow.
Food Pairing Notes: Pasta with meat sauce, poultry, mushrooms or truffles, composite risottos, main courses of pork or veal with sauce.
